BBC David Symonds Show session at the Playhouse Theatre, Northumberland Avenue. Setlist: 1. 'How-Hi-The-Li' / 2. 'Second Generation Woman' / 3. 'Observations From A Hill' / 4. 'Dim' — a four-track broadcast-session performance on Symonds' afternoon BBC Radio 1 programme, recorded for later transmission. A significant pre-Family Entertainment broadcast: 'Second Generation Woman' and 'Observations From A Hill' would anchor the LP when it appeared the following March. The Symonds show was at this point one of Radio 1's key daytime outlets for the new album-oriented pop / progressive bands, alongside Peel's Top Gear.
