Broadcast: Sunday 04 January 1970. Set: '93's O.K. J' (instrumental) · 'Here Comes the Grin' (instrumental). Recorded at the BBC's Paris Cinema for John Peel's Sunday Show. Minutes before airtime Roger Chapman was struck down with flu, leaving the group to perform two instrumentals and spinning tracks straight off the new album while Peel hastily brought in Tyrannosaurus Rex to fill the bill. Both performances were later officially released on BBC Radio Volume 3 – 1970 and At the BBC.

“Family's singer Roger Chapman was taken ill before the broadcast, but the band played on without him, turning in two fierce instrumentals that kept the audience on its toes.” — Evening Sentinel, 6 January 1970
